How you protect your energy or Energy Protection is probably the # 1 question that I get asked by folks who are already energy healers.

It is a common theme that energy healers, including massage therapists and chiropractors, who have their hands on ill and otherwise troubled people for hours every day become more sensitive and are invested mentally, emotionally and financially in their work. As a result they begin to pick up negative feelings, emotions and energy from those who they are attempting to heal. Over time many serious health professionals tend to feel weak and overpowered by the negative energy of others, and of course, then they look for Energy Protection methods.

I will present some Energy Protection methods here to try to help. Realize that the methods I am presenting here are very basic and should be expanded upon.

When you work with / on someone make sure that they want the healing work and that they are willing to do their part in the healing process. Essentially the energy worker is a facilitator not the healer. The individual is the healer. This must be understood by both parties for real healing to occur. The energy worker may need to make a living from what they do but that does not lessen the personal responsibility of the person who is seeking to be healed. So, part of the treatment process is establishing this and acknowledging “what” the individual seeking treatment is doing and can do for healing.

If my job is to massage and/or release tension, strain etc then my work is to do that. When the individuals energy flows freely again I do not let it flow into me. Instead I let the released physical and mental energy flow through them and out of them into the ground or back to source where it is renewed as energy without any good or bad intent. As a healing practitioner I make sure that the recipient of a treatment understands all of this. So, the recipient knows that I will not be receiving their negative energy.

I establish an environment that is predicated on items 1 and 2 of this post and if the individual wants me to work on them without meeting their personal responsibility to themselves and to me as a facilitator then I will not work with / on them.

Part of establishing the correct environment is that the individual / student / patient has work to do. Even if their job is only to relax and breathe then they need to do that job. Commonly in my own practice I have students perform and utilize posture (usually Wu Chi), relaxation, breathing, and various forms of mental focus or attention while I am working on / with them.

Prepare your own mind and body in a very correct state before performing any healing work. I actually tend to charge the air around me with this same energy so that I am protected by an energy shield as well as being in a mental and spiritual state that is difficult for others to penetrate.

If you are not able or strong enough to do this then under normal conditions you are probably not strong enough to heal at this time and should refrain.

If I pick up some negative energy from the student / patient / individual then I immediately stop and work to get it off and out of me through utilizing my own focus, breathing and posture as well as prayer and cold water washing down my arms. I have the student / patient / recipient continue to do their part while I am dispelling the negative energy.

To expand on the Energy Protection methods I recommend that you study materials such as my Protect Your Energy video and study the sections of my Chi Energy book that are designed specifically for this purpose. Also, spend some time with a Master healer who understands and can apply the more advanced methods of mind intent including Yi or I and Shen.

I have students who have picked up on some of the advanced methods without any explanation just because they spent time with me while I was working on / with someone. Students that I have allowed to do this are able to perceive my mind intent working and filling the area and been able to learn how it feels to the degree that they are able to duplicate some of the effect. I do have a program that is designed to teach others how to duplicate this but I have found that it has to be studied one on one through direct transmission.

Eventually with understanding and practice you will be able to Protect Your Energy and really direct and affect the mental and spiritual energy by your thoughts alone. You must be able to feel the energy and mentally be able to direct the energy first in a very real way. I have met many who say that they can do this and then when I ask them to manipulate or push me with their mind or energy or even just send real energy to me they are unable. Tangible real results and affects can be accomplished.

So few have real ability because they have allowed themselves to be fooled into thinking that a very small amount of ability and a bit of mental thinking is a lot more ability than they really have. Real and truly powerful results can be gained but the real work to get it must be done first. I have spent the majority of my life researching these skills and reaped the rewards for having done so. I am offering to help those of you who are serious to get the same impressive results. I am able to help you accomplish these skills with much less time and money than I had to spend just to find quality teachers. But, there still is a cost in time, money and commitment that is required in order to get the real high level skills. Finding a skilled teacher is often difficult and finding a skilled teacher who is willing to teach you is often another level of difficulty altogether.

I am not the most skilled practitioner of these arts on planet Earth by a long shot. I am not willing to teach every last person who walks in my door. You must be of good moral and ethical character desiring to help and protect yourself and others. You must also be very understanding that I am a human being with an American mentality with a family and bills (including business overhead such as paying for a building and an internet expert who works for me full time) and have to get paid for my time, effort and knowledge.

As a teacher I am very open and I have worked and continue to work (for over 30 years now) very hard to attain the best skills and ability that I can. I believe that my skill shows best in the quality of the students and practitioners that I produce.

I sincerely wish you good training and excellent results.

Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force and is the term for energy mostly found in Yoga. This is the invisible bio-energy or vital energy that keeps the body alive and in a state of good health. The Chinese, in acupuncture and Tai Chi, refer to this subtle energy as Chi. It is also called Ruah or the Breath of Life in the Old Testament.

Simply stated Pranic Healing is using the mind to influence and adjust the energy state of another person without using any kind of physical touch. Essentially you feel the energy of the other person and mentally make corrections and adjustments so that the healing work is performed by the recipients own bio-electromagnetic energy field going back into proper flow and balance.

A bio-electromagnetic adjustment is essentially what an acupuncturist does with needles except that in acupuncture each needle makes a specific adjustment on a particular area or meridian and it takes many needles and typically multiple treatments to make a proper acupuncture adjustment. With Pranic Healing the entire bio-electromagnetic field can be adjusted all at the same time in one treatment session.

To be a good pranic energy healer you must be able to sense the internal body state and bio-electromagnetic field of others and feel any disturbances in their field and then be able to adjust and manipulate the flow and expression of the disturbances in a manner that eliminates the problem(s) and adds energy and energetic flow back into the field of the person being treated. As difficult as that sounds, to become skilled at Pranic healing is mostly a matter of quality training and practice that becomes a working knowledge and experience.

Training in breathing, sensitivity, relaxation, posture, body and mind states are essential to being able to perform high level pranic healing. One of the fundamental ideas of how the body and energy interact is simply this; if the body has an imbalance it will show up in the energetic field and if the energetic field has an imbalance it will show up in the body. As it is on the inside so it is on the outside and vice-versa. If correction can be made to one aspect then that correction can be reflected to the other aspect. Healthy energy and a healthy body wants to be in a state of health and so they will seek the healthy state. Also, a correction in energetic flow will tend to remove blockages and obstacles to the natural healthy state. Often blockages are simply where tension or breath is held and once a person’s body state is able to let go of the tension and to breathe freely then typically the problems / ill health go away.

Dan Eidson asked the following question about Distance Healing. Below his question is my answer.

Question:
I know this sounds “out there.” Yet I am fascinated by the study of healing phenomena. Is it possible to transfer bone marrow washing energy to someone else with distant healing techniques?

Answer:
First let me address the possibility part of the question. I have found that the longer I study and the more I learn the more I figure out that much more is possible than I would have ever imagined. I have definitely learned not to rule anything out because as soon as I do I find myself face to face with someone or something that forces me to change my position on the matter.

This is not to say that I believe everything or a great deal of anything. Quite the contrary. I am a skeptic by nature and I tend to look for the simple and rational answer first and I work hard to poke holes in what I see or think I see and experience. I do this because I am interested in the truth and there is a lot of trickery and nonsense out there to be sure. I find that most of the trickery is based on factual skills and that unfortunately people who want fame, recognition and money more than truth tend to improvise and present trickery as high level ability and skill.

I also find that just because something works does not mean that it works every time and under every condition. Fire exists but not without oxygen. Snow exists but you need freezing temperatures to get snow. I have found that many things are possible but the conditions have to be right.

So, is it possible to transfer the benefits of bone marrow washing energy to someone else with distant healing techniques?

I believe that if you seriously train over a long period of time to gain the ability and work very correctly and very fervently on a regular basis then yes you could transfer the benefits of bone marrow washing to someone else with distance healing techniques.

However, just because something can be done does not mean that it should be done. It is my belief and that of my teachers that the individual person is responsible to heal themselves whenever possible.

So, in the case of Bone Marrow Washing, I could help someone get started with distance healing if it is necessary due to a chronic health problem but as soon as possible they should begin performing Bone Marrow Washing for themselves and I should not be doing it for them.

I hope this helps. Please help stimulate discussion and questions on this.
Best Regards.
Sifu

Shen Mind Intent refers to the emotional or heart mind intent. If I am working with someone who is not well and my heart goes out to them and I wish them well and have compassion for them and a healing effect takes place it is due to the projection of shen mind intent. Essentially the emotion directs the energy.

The beginning of shen healing work is more along the lines of getting to know someone and feeling the desire to help them. Then, when I work with them they can feel that I care and their body and mind has a positive response to that caring which then facilitates healing.

Heartfelt prayer can be a form of shen healing as well. Both for the person who is praying and for the person who is being prayed for. This is not a mechanical prayer whereby the person praying looks at a name on a prayer list and says the name because they are supposed to and does not know or have any feeling toward the person being prayed for but is instead more like the mother or father who prays for a child that is sick where they are sincerely emotionally asking for help and feeling and trusting in the love they have.

In terms of Healing Energy practice one way to understand shen mind intent that is relatable to folks here in the West is that the person being energy healed is being cared for as opposed to treated.

One famous Shen healer in China had many return patients that came to him repeatedly and often because he could sit with them for 30 minutes quietly talking and they would feel massively better and often receive radical healing benefit. His ability was so good that he became quite famous and he literally got so many patients that he could not see them all individually and it was overwhelming him and his practice. So, he arranged to do a morning tea once a week where he would visit with many of the returning patients all at the same time and he was able to work with enough patients this way that his practice became manageable again and he was able to help many more people.

Yi or I means intellectual mind intent.

This essentially means that the mind is used to direct energy and heal in a very precise kind of a way in the same manner that you might pick up a cup and take a drink of tea that you have been drinking while relaxing and taking it easy. You slowly pick up the cup and consider the position of the cup and how you are holding it and then put the edge to your lips and sup a little of the tea and consider how the sensation feels and then drink and swallow the liquid and then slowly put the cup down very deliberately and calmly. This is all done without much in the way of emotion and is performed with what can best be described as contented calmness.

To heal with Yi you first do a mental scan of the person’s body that involves feeling the body state with your mind. This is similar to fine tuning a piano in that on a piano middle C is middle C and has a very definite correct sound and mathematical frequency. The methodology of the healing work is to find and then help the body get back into healthy and correct balance which is a very specific state of being.

In the body this includes using the yi or I mind intent to search for and find any area that is not correct to the natural healthy state of the body. This includes but is not limited to finding such things as blockages, hot spots, cold spots, inappropriate tension, areas that are weak etc.. Once you have found these imbalances then you systematically work to help the individual’s system become balanced by removing blockages and tensions so that their energy can flow and helping inappropriate hot or cold spots to become in balance with the rest of the body energy field temperature. This can also involve such things as holding energy over a weakened area until that area fills with positive energy and becomes stronger again. In terms of internal trauma that has been received this can also mean specifically finding the direction and angle of the trauma and helping it to reverse out of the system.

A skilled energy healing practitioner can use Yi mind intent work to scan the inside of someone and find the imbalances and then mentally make adjustments. Beginners at Chi / Qi Kung healing work use their hands to connect to and to feel and interpret the energy and then use their hands to make adjustments but advanced practitioners are able to focus and use their mind to do all of this. The stronger the Yi / I is then the more profound of a result that can be had in terms of how long it takes and how much improvement and from how far away the healing work can be performed as in the long distance type of healing.

Body Trauma -Tension & Pain Release
Reverse Dim Mak

In some previous posts and in the Dim Mak healing report I make a reference to healing Dim Mak Vital Point strikes or Reverse Dim Mak. Essentially this is Body Trauma -Tension & Pain Release.

Impact Body Trauma can and often does occur when a person is in a car crash or takes any unexpected impact such as from a fall or accidentally running into something or someone. This impact tends to get locked into the body because the recipient holds the tension in the viscera and fascia small connective tissue inner muscles that are all over the body between organs and various larger muscle groups.

Once an individual grabs that tension and it takes hold in their body then within a couple of days it can cause quite a severe amount of pain due to the lack of oxygen combined with the tension holding the injury in place. Once the tension is released and the area can properly move and breathe again then the pain tends to go away. This is the kind of work that is a specialty of Sigung Master Richard Clear’s reverse dim mak method.

At a higher level all of the Dim Mak methods involve learning Reverse Dim Mak to fix the Dim Mak strikes. The pressure point Dim Mak methods generally use specific points to fix and reactivate the physiology. To fix the transfer of force method involves learning to feel and sense the force that has been transmitted to the person and drawing or adjusting and removing it through various modalities including but not limited to counter striking, breath, mind intent and energy manipulation within yourself and then others.

I have personally removed a Dim Mak strike from several different individuals who had been struck by a master of the Chinese art of Dim Hsueh (Delayed Death Touch) and removed the Poison hand Dim Mak strike from one of my own students as related in my previous poison hand post.

My particular studies in Dim Hsueh have focused on the medical aspect of it which of course makes my understanding of how to execute such strikes that much better but also better fits with my goals of being an advanced martial artist who helps people to improve their health and lives physically, mentally and spiritually.

I am remiss to state here that I have not done the best job of obtaining endorsements and documentation of various incidents and my ability with these skills. We are working on remedying that now. So, if any of the readership would like to personally experience one these methods and then have it fixed for them I am happy to do it in exchange for the endorsement after I successfully demonstrate the skill. In fact we will probably just video the entire thing so that we can post it on our sites and on the web.

Anyway, at our school and in our Clear’s Silat and Clear’s Tai Chi programs we do a lot of training on shock hitting which is a form of Dim Mak striking and it is a method that eventually allows you to hit the opponent anywhere while in motion and still get the effect. (In motion is the way an unwanted street attack will most likely happen. 2 guys standing there slugging it out with each other is a fist fight that would likely end if one of the two chooses to walk away and most likely not an appropriate place to utilize Dim Mak.)

As a result of this training I find that I have to use Reverse Dim Mak to fix this kind of shock hit strike on a regular basis. This is the most basic example of reverse Dim Mak and there are other methods. In this method, I find out where the shock impact is at inside the person including the direction and entry position and angle that the hit came from and how the shock is taking form inside of the person and then simply tap it or pull it out in reverse.

In our programs we train to impart this kind of blow with very little impact and when I am teaching folks unfamiliar with this method I am often asked to touch them with it. To their surprise the light hit or touch doubles them over. I usually wait a moment to let them see that the energy is not going away on its own then I fix it. They are equally surprised when I almost instantly remove the injury because of how quickly it is fixed with such little effort.

I have found that this same type of shock / tension type internal injury can occur from being in a car crash, falling, getting unexpected blunt trauma or by physical or emotional tension getting locked into the body and that a lot of people with unexplained lower back pain are actually suffering from this type of injury which is why it tends to never go completely away and becomes extremely debilitating over a period of months or years. When the injury is located in the lower back like this, I can have the person push me just enough to put some pressure through their body while I am touching them (without moving) and by the energy and the feel of their structure I find out where the shock or tension energy is and how it is situated then I remove it essentially using high level Dim Mak in reverse.

Healing Breath Work is a very simple approach to healing that is very profound.

Healing Breath Work is a very simple approach to healing that is very profound. Breath is related to everything we do. Ideally every cell in our body gets a full measure of oxygen all of the time. Any cell in the body that is not getting oxygen is dying or dead as the cells can not survive without it. Most people in modern society do not breathe well or deeply. We can work with you directly to help you learn how to breathe deep into your body the way that small children naturally do. This inner breathing is extremely healthy and what one Chinese Master refers to as the real Ancient Chinese Secret.

Healing Breath Work can be practiced &
has the potential to:

to facilitate relaxation

to remove tension from the body

to alleviate the affects of stress and pain

to diminish the effects of disease and trauma

to allow the mind to calm itself

to calm the mind and body,

relieve stress-related disorders,

improve autonomic functions, for example, digestion and elimination,

rejuvenate the nervous system, endocrine glands, bodily tissues, cells, and organs,

remove toxins from your body,

extend life,

enhance perception,

steady your mind and strengthen your will

In healing breath work here at Clear’s Tai Chi we focus on how to breathe fully and completely utilizing a wide variety of breathing methods and techniques and how to use the breath to let go of any and all unnecessary tension. As you breathe in you gather up your aches, pains and troubles and as you breathe out you let your worries float away. Healing Breath Work can put you in tune with the inner workings of your body and mind while alleviating long held tension and pain. Visit today. Call now to make arrangements to try a free healing breath session.

Guided Relaxation is a technique whereby the participant is led through a series of exercises and methods to help the entire body relax both inside and out. This includes specific breathing patterns that aid in the relaxation process. Often participants are surprised by the way that they feel at the end of a session.

Unless you have personally experienced the benefits of deep relaxation before it can be quite surprising how healing relaxation can be. For those who have had the benefit of a really great massage… you may be surprised at how much benefit you can get from your own personal relaxation session.

Most people in modern society today hold in a lot of unwanted and unneeded tension and over time it takes a toll on the persons health, mind and general well being. Excess tension takes energy that you could be using to enjoy life. Folks who carry a lot of excess tension and stress report that they are tired all of the time, get sick more often and cannot enjoy themselves even when they are not working. We can help you to learn how to relax and let go of the extra baggage that bogs you down.

Ideally you are able to relax yourself almost anywhere at anytime just because you choose to do so. This is our goal in working with you on guided relaxation.

First we guide you through a personal relaxation session to help you for today. Then, we teach you specific and barely noticeable physical and breathing exercises that you can use to relax on your own in seconds. Instead of giving you another chore that you have to fight to keep up with each day we teach you a little at a time so that the training becomes a natural part of your life that you benefit from daily. We take this approach so that instead of giving you a fish for one day we are helping you to learn how to get all of the fish you need for a lifetime.

Chi / Qi Emission work is known in mainland China as Fa Kung / Fa Gong. Fa Kung / Fa Gong translates as emission work. Most senior practitioners of Chinese Chi Kung / Qi Kung and Chinese internal martial arts have a favored personal version of Fa Kung / Fa Gong that they practice. Often when watching them work you can actually see the energy being manipulated and worked. Most of the time outsiders do not get to see Fa Kung actually being performed. It is considered to be a very personal and private practice only meant for close students and friends. I have had the good fortune of witnessing quite a few different practitioners and of learning several different methods of Fa Kung.

Essentially in Fa Kung the practitioner does not have to physically touch the recipient of the treatment. Instead the practitioner massages and coaxes the energy eliminating blockages and helping the energy to smoothly flow along the correct path(s) in and around the body. As the energy flows in and through the correct areas without impediment the recipient can feel quite a bit of difference in the affected areas of their body. This can include but is not limited to the recipient regaining motion in joints and areas that have been stiff and locked up for long periods of time and in the case of nerve function etc regaining sensation in body parts where sensation has been lacking for quite some time.

Fa Kung practitioners tend to be able to feel the energy flow inside a persons body and can often detect physical damage and illness directly through the sensation they receive when feeling the energy of the recipient. Often this energy can also be manipulated to bring positive treatment results due to the energy changes and the recipients body then following suit and bringing itself back into proper balance and health. I have a video of several Fa Kung Masters working on a cancer patient in real time with results/affects being monitored on an MRI. The patient goes into full remission within about 15 minutes from the time the Masters start working on the energy.

Master Clear currently holds Chi Kung / Qi Gong Fa Kung Healers certification workshops twice a year at the National Headquarters in Maryville, TN.

The next one will be held
Nov 20, 21 and 22.

Personal Fa Kung Healing sessions are available by appointment. Call (865) 379-9997 or email: rclear@clearsilat.com and leave a phone # and best time(s) to reach you.
