Tai Chi for Health & Healing

Our Tai Chi for Health & Healing program is still under development. This program will focus on specific conditions and ailments and how Tai Chi & Chi Kung can be use to work on them.

Level 1 (The Clear’s Tai Basic Skills) is a prerequisite for this program, and there are a number of health and healing practices contained in Level 1 as well.

In the meantime we do have 4 dvds from our biannual healing workshop.
