How do you heal with Chi?

chi-healing-2

From a Chinese Medicine perspective Chi is the basic energy that is the “alive” living electricity aspect of our biology.

Chi leaves the body when we die and without Chi we are just a collection of organic matter (skin, bones, etc).

Chi is responsible for the repairing and healing of our body.

If more chi can be focused to an area that needs healing then it will heal faster. Also, often an injured area tends to block chi due to tension and trauma in and around the area. Along with chi, you can also use that cbd oil for pain whenever you’re injured.

A Chi Healing practitioner can remove blockages and focus chi directly to any area that needs it.

The basic chi healing method involves several steps.

  1. The practitioner scans and feels the subtle energy field and feels for disturbances and differences in the field.  There are as many different sensations as there are injuries and maladies.  The initial learning process for this must be directed by an experienced teacher who can help the beginner decipher and interpret what they are feeling.
  2. Either pull out the blockage and any accumulated stagnant/negative and then replace it with Universal Chi or simply focus Universal Chi to the area.
  3. Seal the area so that the chi can flow and the energy field is put back into its natural state once again.

What does it mean to Balance Chi?

Essentially the human body has some very specific energy characteristics.

For example, in a healthy person most of the body energetically feels the same without any disturbances or temperature variations in the energy field.

If an organ or area feels inappropriately icy cold or burning hot or the field has a major bulge or depression in it then at the very least the person’s energy is unbalanced.

It is common for most people with a typical modern day unhealthy lifestyle to be a bit unbalanced. For example, most people do not drink enough water and hence their kidneys energetically feel hot.

As long as there are no significant medical issues preventing the person from drinking water the energy fix for this is very simple. Tell them to drink more water. In a healthy person this will bring them into balance.

A person’s energy can also become imbalanced by stress and emotional issues.

There are some very simple Chi Kung physical, mental and breathing exercises for practitioners to relax and rebalance their energy.

It is also important to take care of yourself and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Can one achieve self healing with Chi?
Can one balance their own Chi, Ying and Yang?
Can Chi bring environmental healing to one as well, say like good fortune, prosperity? Will this coarse help one to help bring Ying and Yang in balance to others?

    • Matt Holker says

      In short, yes.

Check out our Energy Healing package, available here: https://www.clearstaichi.com/intro-to-energy-healing

    • Yes I have figured out how to self heal with ki/chi energy I had a cut on my knee to the bone from a chainsaw and never saw a doctor I healed in 4 days this is all self taught but could use some help perfecting the technique

      • Ki master says

        How?

        • Jc.woody says

I have managed to self heal by focusing the chi/ki energy in the area I hurt my foot in a wrestling match and wasn’t able to walk on it, cause the way it got hurt I focused on just letting my chi/ki Flow to the affected area and then after a good thirty seconds to a minute I was back up and walking and it felt better than how it felt before it got hurt

  2. how do i find my chi?

    • Matt Holker says

      Practice 🙂

Why do you want it? Do you want to feel invigorated and powerful in your daily activities, do you want to use Chi to heal others, or perhaps both? Without knowing anything more about you or your personal goals, I can confidently suggest our Energy Healing program. It starts with Chi Kung exercises to energize yourself and build your sensitivity to chi in others. Then it goes right into a rarely-seen-in-the-West Fa Kung Healing method. You can learn more here: https://www.clearstaichi.com/store-energy-healing

    • Practice breathing for grounding. Throw your breath deep into Earth. Practice breathing from deep down and from each of your chakras.
And keep working with your chi ball. Keep doing those exercises.

  3. Shreshth says

I can create chi balls. Can I use it to heal physical injuries?

    • Matt Holker says

With time and training, nearly anyone can be taught to heal with chi using our Fa Kung method. If you can already create energy balls, if I understand you correctly, then that is a good step towards being able to heal with chi and a strong indicator that you can learn and use our Fa Kung method successfully. Learn more here: https://www.clearstaichi.com/store-energy-healing

    • Focus, not on fixing, but on observing. Build your qi and then focus on the injury. Feel what you feel. How big is the pain, size as well as intensity? How hard are it’s edges? Does it have arms into other places on you? Does it have color or sound in your mind? Does it bring up emotions? Memories?
The trick here is “DO NOT BELIEVE THE STORY, JUST NOTICE IT” There is an association between my knee and the time my brother kicked me. I feel mad. I know I feel mad because my stomach hurts… And go back into you r physical feelings. Refocus yourself on your injury.
At first set a timer for 10 minutes. After you’ve done that a handful of times, you’ll know when you are done for the day.

  4. Speaking clearly..I am just suffering from sexual exhaustion. Now I am going to gym regularly and eating properly but there is no significant change in my health. I believe in ancient medical system and hence I just want to know that can chi control cure me? because I have some serious eye issues now. Please reply

    • Matt Holker says

When practiced correctly under the tutelage of a true Master, Tai Chi can be massively helpful and healthy in ways you may not have expected, even for things like “eye issues.” That said, we are not medical doctors and we do not give medical advice. I cannot possibly tell you if Tai Chi is right for you based on a short, vague description of your ailments. You need to consult medical professionals for that kind of advice. Assuming that your doctor clears you to practice Tai Chi, any true Master should be able to give you advice specific to your needs. We always advise that you use Tai Chi as a supplement to regular medical treatment rather than a replacement for it.

      • Thank you for reply and where can I get proper knowledge of tai chi? Is there any web site or YouTube channel where I will get knowledge of tai chi?

        • Matt Holker says

          Hello Aniket,

Tai Chi is an incredibly vast art that requires deep study. YouTube can be a good place to start, but you will not find more than the tip of the iceberg there.

We have created an online course for students like you. Our Level 1 and Level 2 Tai Chi programs combined have all the Tai Chi training you could ever ask for from the mechanical side of the art, and the bonus material includes our Level 3 (Combat Tai Chi) program. You can check it out for free here: https://www.clearmartialarts.com/clears-tai-chi-online/

        • Tee Puat kuay says

Please share how you did it in 4 days, tq

          • Matt Holker says

Well I can’t speak for Dale Welsh, but we’ve achieved some pretty incredible results with our system, too.

More importantly, our method is NOT self-taught. It is a complete system through which over 1000 students have achieved real-world results My advice is, if you want this kind of skill, stick with a proven method and practice, practice, practice! We can’t all be naturally gifted with these abilities, but just about ANYONE can develop the skill with the right instruction.

If you are willing to put the work into the training and practice, then the first step is to head here: https://www.clearstaichi.com/fa-kung

  5. Charlie Hathaway says

I have heard that sensitivity to ch’i from others is often mistaken for having a lot of ch’i yourself. Can anyone explain?

    • Matt Holker says

      Hi Charlie,

Unfortunately Chi is a nebulous word that is used in a variety of ways, so the topic itself is confusing. I imagine it would be easy for someone without proper training to get confused. It would be easy enough to think that if you can feel Chi really well, you must have a lot of it yourself. In fact there are many skills related to Chi, and sensitivity is only one. It is important, and generally your sensitivity should improve as your reserve increases, but the two things are not one and the same.

  6. Hi , my name is Filip.
I was foolish enough to do guided meditation on youtube and since then I have had severe head pressure.
Many people say it is chi blocked there and it is possible to heal it by chi. Can you do it ,or know someone who can? Please help , I ready to go where ever it is necessary.

    • Hi Filip,

If the issue is that your chi is blocked due to the guided mediation then it is possible to release the blockage with chi work.
What state and big city are you located near? I ask so that I can direct you to someone close to where you live.

      Best Regards,
      Sigung Clear

      • Thank you so much for your reply,

I live in Serbia , Southern Europe.

I am willing to travel where ever is necessary if we can fix problem.

        Kindest regards,

        Filip

        • In Serbia visit a friend of mine Alex Kostic and see if he can help. Let him know that I sent you.
You can contact him on Face Book at https://www.facebook.com/klubvukovi/ .

          • Thank you of the contact I really appreciate it. Unfortunately Alex is not sure what is really going on as he is not familiar with issues like this but he seems like great guy and we are going to have coffee during this week to see what can be done.
Anyhow, I spoke today with QiGong teacher in Serbia and he called Chinese master in China so I might go to see him in January. Hope that can help.

But please if you have anything else in mind ,or know where could I go please propose.

            With best regards,

            Filip

          • Hi Filip,

Tell Alex to treat it the way he would any inappropriate tension stuck in your head by getting the focus of your intent to go down to your feet (and then down into the ground). This will help him to know how to help you.

            Best Regards,
            Sigung Clear

          • I will thank you very much for the kind input.

          • You are very welcome. Please keep me informed about how it goes.

          • Thank you , I will certainly .

  7. sushant dhauniyal says

I can see chi in everyone and everything with white light and I can also use chi energy for my fighting training but I dont know how to heal my own injury faster than usual.. And day by day I feel less chi in my body how can I increase my chi to ultimate..can u answer please..

    • Matt Holker says

      Hello,

Yes, the Energy Healing Package has the answer to both of your issues. It will teach you how to use chi for healing yourself and others, and it will teach you how to tap into Universal energy so that you are not depleting your life force to do the work.

The most common problem we see with Energy workers is the loss of their own energy. This can lead to serious health problems, and we recommend that you get the training from the Fa Kung workshops immediately. If you are able to join us live, we normally do the healing workshops twice a year, and you can keep an eye out for the next one on our Events page.

  8. Adrian Yau says

I can’t feel my chi energy flowing throughout my body but I can feel my internal organs and the back of my head are getting squeezed to the place up of my stomach maybe called Dan tian when I’m chi meditating. Does this chi meditation is normal?

    • Matt Holker says

I can’t answer that question. Neither can anyone else. For now.

There is one person who will be able to answer that one day: You!

But first you need to be able to feel the energy. If you can’t sense it, you can’t use it, period. Imagine if you were blind and your hands were numb. How would you open a door? It would be crazy hard and probably involve a lot of luck.

Work on your sensitivity first and the rest will come much more easily — AND when you can feel it, you can tell if the energy is flowing properly or bunching up on you. When you can feel that, you can answer this question for yourself.

All that being said, tension is the enemy of energy flow. If you are feeling a “squeeze,” it is probably incorrect.

I recommend you watch the Fa Kung Healing set. It has all the teaching you need to increase your sensitivity and start to manipulate the energy to positive effect. You can see more about that method here:

  9. I want to heal cancer of someone!!
    Is it possible? If yes then;
How much time will it takes me to concentrate that much chi to heal cancer of that person ?

  10. Hello, I found your article while searching for slip disc healing, I have a l4, l5 s1 mild protrusion, pain will be on an off right or left hip, have this problem from last 1.5 years. Now I’m managing through Phyio stretches and yoga cobra stretch but I want the 100% heal. Does practicing Chi will heal my disc bulge

    • Matt Holker says

      Hello Vinay,

For the long term healing of a known issue of this type, I would recommend the Tai Chi we do. There are specific exercises in the program that are designed to gently depressurize the discs in your spine while strengthening and straightening it. Click Here to find more about how to get started in Clear Tai Chi.

  11. Hi, I just had like a general question of what chi can do. I’ve been doing a little research but haven’t exactly found what I’ve been looking for. Basically, I was in an accident a few years ago and as a result I have no sight in my left eye. I can barely see light because the majority of my retina was damaged. As of right now “medical science has yet to progress” to where they can repair it and return my sight. Is chi healing something that could restore my sight? If not, is there something else out there that might be able to help me?

    • Matt Holker says

      Hi Donald,

Experienced energy healers have been able to do some pretty amazing things. Students of our healing methods have had excellent results working with people who have had similar problems. Of course we cannot make any guarantees, but you should definitely try to come out for one of our Healing Workshops. We usually do them twice a year (in April and November), so keep an eye on our Events page to see when the next workshop is coming up.

  12. Hi Alex,
I would like to know how to be healed rather than healing itself at this stage. I would like to learn energy healing but at a later stage. Is there anyone you could connect me with in this part of the world? I live in Doha, Qatar. If not, I am okay with online sources as well.
I am looking for energy healing of my home and of my body as well. Do you think this is possible?

    Thank you.

  13. Hi,
