Warning: Standing practice can be a very slow way to build energy. To get the most out of your standing practice you should use Clear’s Internal Push Hands to correct your posture whenever you have a partner to work with. Without this direct feedback it is very easy to spend a lot of time on standing practice with very little gain.
Once you have started to build your Chi try applying these principles to the Tai Chi Form or begin building internal skill with Clear’s Tai Chi Level 1.
